From Development to Pro, Shaping the next generation of officials

Growing up in Ottawa, Antoine began his officiating career in the Nepean Minor Hockey Association Officiating Program, where he benefited from a strong development system. Inspired by the referees-in-chief, supervisors, and mentors who helped shape his path, Antoine is committed to giving back to the program that played a key role in molding him into the official he is today. When he’s not on the ice, he remains actively involved in local officiating development, supervising and mentoring up-and-coming officials.

Now in his fifth season working professional hockey, Antoine created Ottawa Elite Officiating to provide a top-tier referee school featuring contributions from professional officials and hockey management. Following a highly successful first year, he is more driven than ever to deliver an even bigger and better experience for all attendees, continuing to expand the program and provide officials with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to reach their full potential.
